Donald Trump: What does "make America great again" mean for black and Hispanic minorities?

If those who consider themselves Americans who follow the conservative ideas of trumpism want to pawn the future of the nation following a president who considers himself as a pharaonic figure who owns the "truth" in what it means to be an American. It is not much what you can do. Accept that some Americans do not really love what the United States is at this moment, longing for the past that will not come in the future.

Is a reality that moves a population that denies a future that we can all see walking through the most important cities of the American nation in which Multiculturalism is a reality. "make America great again" is what it is, an election campaign slogan used by a demagogue politician who says what some want to hear, as is the case of Donald Trump.

Blacks or African Americans and Hispanics will not return to their places of origin or birth, in the same way that the white population will not return to Europe. America is a multicultural, multiracial nation, but also with different languages and religious belief systems. No populist demagogue can change that reality. The power of america is not so similar we all are, but in our differences.

What America is right now and what it can be in the future is something that no one can change simply by betting on the narcissistic behavior of a president who only thinks of himself not the American people. Recognizing that Donald Trump's policies will not have the power to change that future is something that conservative do not want or are willing to accept.

International isolation is not a strategy that protects or strengthens national security; on the contrary, it weakens the nation's ability to defend against the real dangers of other nations' competition.  Isolation can not prevent the cultural, racial, economic and political changes that are transforming the United States right now.

Donald Trump a populist politician who is using the fear of change that many Americans have in a society that is not fulfilling their economic, political, social, racial and cultural expectations unsatisfied by the failure of a political class that so far has not been able to fill the needs of that part of america that feels excluded from the American dream or economic progress.

A Donald Trump who is using or blaming blacks and Hispanics as responsible for the lack of opportunities and progress suffered by that white population excluded from the American dream to get the support of the more conservative white population that is subject to divisive messages of Donald Trump for the fear of change that American society is undergoing,

Can Americans accept cultural, racial, ethnic, social and political changes resulting from migration to the American territory? Possibly not. But, something that Americans have to accept that the fear of the loss of a white majority's dominance over minorities (African-Americans and Hispanics), does not mean the loss of political power, much less the economic power they enjoy in an economy. of a market built to meet the expectations of whites people.

Can anti-immigrant laws implemented during the administration of Donald Trump change the trajectory of these changes that endanger the cultural identity of Americans? The connoisseurs of the migratory processes and the influence that they produce in the ethnic cultural integration with the native population, suggests that it is not possible to stop that process and more when a part does not accept to integrate the new nation culturally as in the case of Hispanics or Latinos

As a result of the migration of new individuals to the North American territory mostly from Latin American nations and the ability of Hispanics to compare to whites, they only produce a political effect, not the trajectory that many analysts predict when talking about cultural changes in the North American nation

How does economic protectionism affect the world economy, especially when we speak the nations of Latin America and the Caribbean? The renegotiation of NAFTA with Mexico and Canada is a sign of American imposition on this protectionist policy as a way to stabilize the negative trade balance with those nations.

Is the economic security that produces a job more important than environmental damage due to the lack of regulations in that area? It is a proposition that many Americans are currently accepting as a result of the insecurity of a service economy that requires specialized hands that many Americans do not have the training.

The lack of environmental regulation will produce polluted rivers, forests, and lakes, poor purity of the air that is breathed and all because of the ambition of white capitalists who see regulations as a problem for their businesses. And let's not talk about regulating low wages, or without medical insurance in those companies that are prohibited from any type of union that helps workers to have better working conditions.

Can a president like Donald Trump, who relies on the fear of a sector of the white population, transform Dominican society to be big again? Only that part of the population that refuses to adapt to change believing in this new type of populist demagogue, who tells white Americans what they want to hear to get their support.

The problem is that many white Americans listen to him, even though they know that Donald Trump is a pathological liar, but also a man who uses fear, information manipulation and party dictatorship to achieve political goals. Many Americans see themselves in Donald Trump behavior as one of them. But the most ironic thing about this admiration for Donald Trump is that Adventist Christians have the same thought.

Donald Trump is a morally bankrupt man, who has made the cult of personality and intimidation the best weapon to control Republican congressmen who are afraid to challenge this Machiavellian character of American politics. For Donald Trump, the democratic process is a problem, which is why he does not respect the role of Congress, but neither does the judiciary. Perhaps that is the reason why Donald Trump is under a political trial process by Congress (impeachment) that can change the course of his presidency if he is convicted.

What does it mean to make America great again? It is something that very few Americans know the meaning. When a part of the population does not accept the reality of the nation culturally it is changing, what it means to be America changes as well. Something that the followers of Donald Trump do not want to hear, America is just an idea of racial, cultural, economic, religious integration, under the belief that in America everyone can be part of the American dream if they accept that diversity is where the strength of the American nation.
